Since 2000, motionCODEC has provided OEMs with high-performance motion control products and custom design services. Initially the company focused on custom design and prototype development of miniature controls and drives for some of the largest motion control vendors in the industry. In 2006, a new line of board-mount single-axis controllers was developed and directly marketed. This was quickly followed by a 6-axis miniture integrated motion controller and a planer motor.

Clark Lampson has worked in the robotics and motion control industry for 25 years. He holds a Masters degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University and a BSEE degree from Walla Walla University.
